Carpooling and vanpooling offer additional solutions for the Downtown commuter. In addition to saving money on fuel, parking discounts are available for registered car and vanpools. There are also High Occupancy lanes on the interstates which can be utilized by carpoolers and vanpoolers alike.
The Denver Regional Council of Governments offers a free DRCOG Commuter Services program that will provide
matches between employees living in close proximity. For more information on DRCOG Commuter Services, visit
www.DRCOG Commuter Services.com. For more information
specifically on the carpool and guaranteed ride home programs (now available for all registered carpoolers!)

Telecommuting
Downtown employers offer flexible scheduling options. One of these options is telecommuting one or more days per
week from a branch office or from home, reducing the need to commute to the workplace. Many employees find fewer
distractions at home, and gain work time by eliminating the commute to and from the office. For information on
telecommuting and other forms of alternative transportation, or to find transit support services in your area,
visit www.gotransoptions.com.
